BSW - CAA - Storyboard Complete!

 Storyboard Complete!

I am very happy that the storyboard for my final story idea has been completed. This has taken me around 2 weeks to complete as a result of other work and a block that I had whilst doing it. I think the block was because of the other 2 storyboards already done so I felt a bit un motivated but I got there and I am very happy with the results.

The storyboard portrays all of the scenes in my story and I think gives a pretty solid look as to how the final thing will play out. I wanted the images to clearly show what was happening but I wanted them to look good at the same time so I spent probably a little longer then I should have on each frame. Now is time to get on with the animatic before finally doing my pre viz animation.

I am happy with what I produced here letting myself be creative and lose which I am working very hard on. The main problem that Justin had with this is that it was unrealistic... It is more of a stylized piece rather than an actual thing people would work on and use, which is fine because it was not specified that realism was wanted. We were then tasked with creating an interior of a character given to us. Mine was an Aztec priest so I started researching what that entailed. They used to ...

BSW - CAA - Finches Concept Art - In progress

Finches Concept Art - In progress I have been continuing the finches piece after the research I carried out and I have finished another finch. I have done this one in a more cartoony style as I am exploring my choices for the animation. It has bold, consistent lines and boxed colours to make it pop and it has a big eye that makes it stand out. As of now, I am swaying towards the cartoon style more as I feel like a video for educational purpose, it will draw more people in...
