 Introduction To Mudbox

Today we had our introduction lesson to Mudbox, we created a bell pepper because of its unique variations and textures. You can see how I add and take away from the pepper to sculpt it to a good size and shape. Then using the paint layers, I used diffuse, specular, and gloss maps to find the best mix of color and reflectivity.

  Character Design Sub Tasks We were tasked to give character to things that already existed. I was given the Guggenheim museum which is a very unique building already with a lot of character. I have given the prompt military so I thought of hard angles and uniformity, which is something this building did not have...   Finches Concept Art - In progress I have been continuing the finches piece after the research I carried out and I have finished another finch. I have done this one in a more cartoony style as I am exploring my choices for the animation. It has bold, consistent lines and boxed colours to make it pop and it has a big eye that makes it stand out.
